Hi Figa Team,I submitted a prompt yesterday in Figma Make. The AI finished the process and deducted 32 credits, but it did not deliver any results. Please either refund the credits used or make the prompt work, as it is not acceptable to pay for nothing.Thank you!

I’m the admin of the desing project account and while I was changing a dev seat to a full seat I added by mistake an unneeded seat. I only need 3 full seats and now i have 3 full seats and 1 dev seat. I’m trying to remove the extra dev seat from the account but i can’t find the option to do so. I can only change the seat of the current users or give the unwanted seat to someone else. It happened a few hours ago and I really don’t need an extra dev seat. Thanks. 

When creating a component that has a motion timeline and then using an instance of that component in a prototype, the component shows its final state in the frame, not its initial state (extra confusing when I have other non-motion elements in the frame with the same appearance as the component’s final state).What’s worse, when this is in a prototype that does a smart animate to the frame with the motion component, the component does a brief flash of its final state before running the animation from the beginning, breaking the transition.I understand it’s a beta, but is there any way to address this?

Hello,I recently asked Figma to make several updates to my app. The message indicated that the changes were completed, but none of them are reflected in the app. The request still used my remaining credits, so I am now out of credits for the day without receiving the requested updates.Could you please review this issue, restore the credits that were used, and advise me on how to ensure the changes are properly applied?Thank you for your assistance.

It worked completely fine before last release. It’s disrupting my workflow tremendously. Is that expected? or is it a bug?

I love the new addition of Figma Motion and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. In particular, the ability to export an animated SVG is fantastic and saves me so much time authoring animations “by hand”!ProblemI do however have a problem with the exported files. When I set up my animation in Figma, everything looks great. Exporting it as SVG adds additional transform attribute to the group, which (if it has animations) completely displaces it by said transform. When I remove the transform attribute from the group, the layout is fixed and resembles what I can see in Figma.I suppose the source of the problem is somewhere in the code that parses the animation set up in Figma and converts it to the SVG animation keyframes. Hi,My Figma account was originally created using Google sign-in. I successfully switched it to email/password, and I can currently log in normally with my existing account.I am trying to change the account email from [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] to [redacted by moderator to remove personal information].When I use Settings → Account → Change email, I receive the verification email at the new address and the verification link appears to complete successfully. Figma Make generated the complete project code and consumed my available AI credits, but the preview was never initialized. The file always shows “Continue prompting to start building.”The exported code installs successfully, passes TypeScript validation, and builds successfully outside Figma, so the generated code itself appears to be valid.I have already tried: saving the generated changes; refreshing and running the preview; opening and restoring different versions; editing the code directly to trigger a rebuild; saving a local .make copy and importing it as a new file. Hi Figma Support Team,I’m having an issue changing the email address on my Figma account.I’m trying to change my email from a personal Gmail account to my school email address. This is a continuation of #55837, not a new bug. Posting separately because replies to that thread are erroring out. Jaycee Lewis confirmed the behaviour there on 9 July 2026 and escalated it to the MCP team. My account got hacked and I got kicked out - they changed the email address.I tried recovering it through support, but now they’re not answering me and hasn’t answered for months. I don’t think that they believe that is was my account, but I have sent so much documentation that they never responded to… I really need help as a lot of my work and also personal information is in files on that account. I’m really worried right now.I’ve created a new Figma account, using the same, original email address from the stolen account… I still have access to the email and I’ve written support from said email… But it doesn’t seem to matter. I just made a research website through Figma Make. Overall I’m happy with it but I am experiencing an issue with one of the right side panels where the panel is behind the navigation and I cannot close the panel.No big deal so I went in to edit the padding as a quick fix because I ran out of credits and just need it to work.I figured it out and it works in the Figma Make perfectly.However I then go to publish this change, it loads, says its complete but the change is not reflected on the actual site. I’ve tried clicking apply in the left chat area after making a change which just makes it sparkle? I’ve changed browsers, I’ve disconnected my VPN, I’ve tried multiple other changes to achieve the same end result. Nothing is working. No changes are being published. Am I missing something?

My library is set correctly, sometimes my updates come through just fine but, sometimes, even though I can see the updates in the Design System when I go to apply the changes and I review the two windows next to each other for the current view and the updated view these are inverted so when I click on update all it reverts everything to the old view everywhere creating a headache of clean up. I noticed that if I quit the application then it refreshes the data and the updates come through correctly. Is this happening to other users? Is it something that is being considered to be fixed? What can I do to fix it on my end besides having to quit the application for every update I make? Please help, thanks.
