My account is stuck in a colleague's team with limited access and I can't leave

I studied a master's program where we had to use Figma as a team, so we created a shared team from a classmate's account. The program has now ended and I assume she removed me from the team, but it doesn't seem to have worked properly, because it still appears in my list of teams. I'd like to leave it, but the whole screen is blank and there are no options. I've tried it in Chrome on Windows and in Safari on Mac. If possible, could someone please remove me from that team?

Thanks for your post, @ericpm! That sounds like a confusing experience for you.

When you say that the whole screen is blank, is that when you navigate to the team page (All Workspaces > Your teams > Team Name, where Team Name is the name of the team you are trying to remove)? If you can get to All Workspaces > Your teams rather than the team page itself, you can mouse over the tile for the team and you should see a Leave button show:

Let me know if you don’t see that button - the above screenshot is from Chrome in mac OS.

Hello @adam

Sorry for the late response, I was busy. It is a team from the Educational plan, not Professional, so it isn’t a Workspace. When I click on the team, there’s just a white screen, I can’t see anything nor click anything, plain white.

Oh, ok - thanks for clarifying and no worries about how long it took to respond. In your sidebar while looking at files area of Figma, what do you see - is it All Teams instead of Workspaces?
