Maria Moreno Martin

Hi , we have an user that is reporting problems to log in Figma. She is requested to add the verification code but she never receives it. I think this is related to this known issue

I can see you've already raised a support ticket with us, thank you for that! Our team has responded and is waiting to hear back from you.

While you're getting to that, it's worth running through a few quick checks on your user's end in the meantime:

  • Check all email folders, including spam or junk, for messages from official Figma address @figma.com addresses
  • Make sure email filters aren't blocking messages from @figma.com domains
  • Confirm the email address was entered correctly during signup at figma.com

When you get a chance, could you follow up on ticket #1931361? Continuing the conversation there will help us keep all the details in one place and get your user back into Figma as quickly as possible.
