Hi!My local fonts suddenly stopped working. I reinstalled them and downloaded new ones additionally - they didn't appear in Figma.I reset the cache in Figma, reinstalled the application, logged in from the web version, reinstalled the Figma Agent - nothing happenedAfter all, this means that local fonts are available in the web version, in particular, "Download fonts for personal use at a paid rate." is in Desktop versionI work with mac os sequoia 15 7 3

I’ve been noticing this bug as I work across different Figma files. Currently working on a website and when I go to preview the design (Fit Width/Responsive), none of the content shows (ref 2nd image). When I switch to Fit Width & Height/Fill Screen, it shows the frame perfectly fine (1st image).  Obviously the latter viewing settings aren’t really helpful for previewing a site design, so it’s been a frustrating thing to manage around.Anyone else experiencing such? I’ve lost access to my education account which holds all of my previous files. I thought I had linked everything to the account I’m currently on but it seems that no matter what I do, I cannot regain access to it nor the files. 

We have paid for 1 extra license. Is it possible to issue a refund?

I've been trying to get my sheet id verification so I can reverify my student account on spotify etc (I need to check if I got logged out in my other accounts that use sheer id, but Spotify was the first one I noticed). Firstly, my birth year was deemed invalid which made me reload the site a few times leading the website into saying "sheer id is facing issues in verifying me".Secondly, i provided my documents: my fee for the 2025-2026 education year for my medical school as well as my class schedule of one of my classes for this month. Both were deemed invalid. I don't understand what else I can provide you. I resent my documents two more times thinking it might just be an error and now Im being told that I've exceeded the attempts to submit my documents for verification.  Please help. I really don't have the means to pay for full prescriptions this year. Student offers are the only way i can afford things. If this is a taken away i don't know what I'll do.

Hey! I manage a design system in a large organization, but i have recently encountered a major problem.Previously, when removing a variant from a component in our component library, consumers of the library would see a “Missing variant” message in the properties panel after accepting the update, along with a “Reset to default” button. This feature was very valuable for our organization as it clearly communicated that a variant was removed, and it provided an easy way to reconnect to the main component.This messages is no longer displayed. The component instance does not receive the update and looks unbroken to the consumer. There is no way for them to know that the variant is removed and there is no easy way for them to reconnect it. If they select “Go to main component” they go to the correct page, but get a message that “Component was removed from library” which isn’t the case. It just that specific variant that was removed. This is unfortunately a huge problem for our organization a

The subscription was cancelled prior to the renewal charge being processed. Based on my timestamps, the renewal charge was applied approximately one hour after I had already cancelled the subscription. This account is completely inactive and has not been used to edit or create files since the charge. I have an issue with my current account. There are two domains attached to it: one is my company's organization, and the other is my personal paid full-seat account. However, when I log in, there is a permission conflict/error, and I am unable to access the client's prototype (proto) resources. When I try to access the client's Figma prototype materials, I am unable to view them if I log in with my IBM account. However, if I log out and access the link as an unauthenticated user, I can view them without any issue. Could you please temporarily remove my account from the IBM Figma organization? I was able to access these files normally before I applied for the organization's 'view' feature.

Figma recently launched the feature for a grid to automatically add/remove rows depending on the content that’s actually in there.  Unfortunately it’s not working for me, and I haven’t seen anyone else talking about it. Let’s say I have a component with a grid, and it has about 4 rows worth of cards inside. When I use the instance of this component and hide 1 row’s worth of cards, the grid initially shrinks in height to hug the remaining 3 rows visible. But a few minutes later the instance will pop back to the height of 4 rows, leaving an empty row. If I toggle hide/show on the cards it will force Figma to recalculate the height and hug again, but then the same thing will happen again 2 minutes later.  The inverse is also true; if I include hidden extra cards in my component, and turn them on in the instance, the grid will initially grow in height to accomodate the extra cards, but later shrink again to the original number of rows, causing the extra cards to overflow the frame.

I’ve recently run into an issue with the color picker in Figma. Normally, when you hover over an area, you immediately see a live preview of the color under your cursor. That no longer seems to work: Figma only picks up the color from the spot where the picker initially lands, and the preview doesn’t update when hovering over other areas. It feels like the tool gets stuck on the first position.On top of that, it’s no longer possible to scroll or zoom in/out while using the color picker. The scroll/zoom action only happens after selecting a color, almost like there’s a delay.The correct color is still applied in the end, but the workflow becomes quite inconvenient. This clearly feels like a bug, so I hope it can be resolved soon.

Similar issues have been happening for a long time. Basically I start to randomly see things like a frame that was set to hug width suddenly become wider, or the content inside a layer suddenly shift.Sometimes it goes back to normal when I click into the layer. Sometimes clicking into it doesn’t help. Sometimes undo/redo fixes it, and sometimes even that doesn’t work. And I need to manually change it back. I never reported it before because I couldn’t figure out how to reliably reproduce the bug. Hi, I downloaded Xcode 27 Beta on my macOS Tahoe 26.5, then went to plugins > add by url, pasted the below url then I get the error “figma” couldn't be imported because a plug-in with that name is already available. Hello,I am the billing owner of a Professional Team workspace.I recently noticed an unexpected charge related to a Dev Seat that was assigned to another user on my team. When browsing the community page, clicking on content to enter the details page and then going back causes the page to return to the top. This is very frustrating because, while browsing various creative works, I inevitably click "Details" to view the creator's other content. Once I return to the previous page, it resets to the top instead of staying at the position of the content I was just viewing.

How do you get rid of “ghost components” after you make sure there are 0 instances in a library or work file, but they are still shown in the Assets panel in both the work file and the library? The flow was: I published the library with a new component → deleted the component → published the library again. It happened within a few minutes, so no one used it.When I try to insert the ghost instance in the library it says “You can't add an instance of a shared component into the document from which the shared component was published if the original component was deleted."So why does it still clutter my assets panel? How to fix this?
