Hi team,

I have been using Figma pro plan since July 2026 and I’ve paid $23.60 for July and August as a monthly subscriber. Since the September bill on 24th got overdue due to some issue in my bank the invoice is showing an amount of $30.27 as of September 28. The choice is to pay to continue this plan with the increased rate instead of actual plan pricing $23.60. Can you help please?

Hi @Design with Krish, welcome to Figma Forum.

Thanks for flagging this — before paying the invoice, it's worth checking your seats. A potential reason for a higher Professional bill is an additional paid seat, for example after a seat request is approved. You can see who has a paid seat under Admin → People, and this article covers what to look for: My bill is higher than expected → My bill is higher than expected.

If your seats look right, our Customer Support team can review your billing history and account settings with you. You can reach them through the Support Hub — be sure to send the request while signed in with the email address on your Figma account.

With that, the team will be able to get to the bottom of it. Let us know if any questions remain.
