Hi,I’m reaching out for help applying the Education plan to my Figma account, as I’m currently stuck on the Free plan despite being successfully verified as a student through SheerID.Here’s a summary of the situation: I previously had a Professional plan, which has now been fully canceled and expired. I completed student verification through SheerID, and my verification was approved. However, my Figma account still appears as Free, and I’m unable to access Education plan features. SheerID has confirmed that my verification is valid and active, and advised me to contact Figma directly to update my account status. Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue with my Figma plugin review process and I’m hoping someone from the community or Figma staff can help.My plugin (ID: 1601105301577638777) has been unpublished after review twice now, and in both cases I received no email or feedback explaining what was wrong or what I should fix.When I open the plugin’s Community page, I only see this message:“Your resource is unpublished. Only you can see this page. To republish this resource, publish a new version using a plugin with the same id.”There is no visible review status, no rejection reason, and no way to see any comments from the review team, so I don’t know what to change before submitting again. It’s especially confusing because this has now happened twice.Has anyone else experienced a plugin being unpublished like this, with no email and no feedback?

Hi, hope you doing well.My figma is working super slow and my branches doesn’t open or loading forever.Here is an example of what happen when I open a branch or try to change between pages (once the branch finally opens). Beside that is slow in general, changes are taking more time than expected. I already tried uninstall, log of, restart the computer, re install, log in, and it still working poorly. I also tried open the branch in Chrome, same issues. Thanks in advanced. :)  

Figma randomly becoming unresponsive during the day for the last 3 months.It only works in a browser with a vpn enabled.Then, suddenly it starts working again after a few hours, with no changes in my network/laptop settings.I getting message "Something went wrong! I need to get my Figma account verified for school on the Education Plan. I contacted SheerID who told me my account has already been verified on their end and given me the verification ID and all that.I contacted Figma’s support chatbot who was useless but told me to email Figma Education, which I did. I did not get a reply after a week, so I emailed again. I still haven’t gotten a response.This is important and I need to get it done ASAP. I would like a human person to help me with this. Please.

Hello everyone, I’m trying to resolve a billing problem and hope someone from the team can help. I purchased and paid for an annual plan with 3 seats.However, an additional paid seat suddenly appeared on my account without my action or approval. Because of this, I now see an overdue $20 charge and my account access is restricted. I have been in contact with support and explained multiple times that I did not create or authorize this seat. Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue with a mobile navbar component.The component has two variants: Default (hamburger icon) and Open (with menu links).On my mobile frame, I set the variant to "Open" so I can select the links and add "Scroll to" interactions to specific anchors on the page. If I leave the component in the "Open" state and preview, the links work perfectly, but the menu is obviously open as soon as the page loads. If I change the component back to "Default" so the user has to click to open it, the "Scroll to" links I set up no longer work once the menu opens in the prototype.It seems like the variant switch is "wiping" my instance overrides for the links. Is there a way to keep these specific scroll interactions while still using the variant toggle?

I have roughly 300 sticky notes from user research survey. I’d like to topic sort using AI. I keep getting an error -- Is there a limit to how many sticky notes the Topic Ai tool can sort?

I created a branch that introduces a lot of changes to the main file. I updated all my components to the newest library, deleted some pages, and made changes to individual frames across the whole file.When I try to update changes from the main file, or even try to merge the branch, I get an error saying:“File out of memoryClosing other tabs and reloading Figma may reduce browser memory and allow you to continue reviewing and merging this branch.”I tried closing all other tabs, merging in both the desktop app, and using Figma in three different browsers. Nothing seems to work. My branch’s memory usage shows 9%, so it doesn’t look overloaded.Please help, there are three days’ worth of work stuck in this branch 🥲

How do I save my credits in the professional subscription?

I’m experiencing a major issue on a specific Figma file within my company workspace. Since I started working on this file, I’ve been unable to use key functions such as Undo, Redo, and Auto Layout.The keyboard shortcuts for these actions do not work at all in this particular file. However, the same shortcuts function normally on my personal Figma account and in other files, so it seems isolated to this company account file that I am working on. (I Even log in as an admin and not collaborator).This has become a major constraint to my workflow, especially as this is a paid professional account.Could you please assist in identifying the cause of this issue or recommend a fix?

For 2 months already I’ve been seeing unexpected behavior when playing prototypes in Present mode (desktop app).Elements set to Fixed position don’t stay in place and sometimes jump unexpectedly. They have absolute position and are fixed, but they shift from screen to screen. Screen layouts occasionally appear broken (elements get misplaced, copy changes, hover states freezing, elements shift), even though everything is set and looks correct in Design modeNote: The prototype settings and interactions are configured correctly. This occurs not only in new prototypes, but also in older prototypes that previously worked fine. And also this behaviour is not consistent. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it does not.Anyone experiences the same issues? 

Hi team, Here’s what i found, when i select one Image/frame to vectorize, it does makes it vector shapes etc. After that, if we delete that image from canvas, the toolbar of vectorize still remains open instead of exiting. Is this behaviour is on purpose?   

Its been about two weeks now that I’ve been trying to get my Figma student account verified. I’ve already reached out to SheerID but they permanently closed my ticket. They didn't give me a reason why. I used my college email to verify and uploaded evidence of my enrollment. I dont know what to do. I’ve already missed out on a lot of collaborative work and I’m afraid this will cause me to loose points in my assignments. I tried to verify my status again but it said I had exceed the limit of attempts. Please help. It seems I’m the only one in my classes that is having this issue. 

Hello, The previous owner of the team has deleted their account on 2026/01/30. Team project name: 윤지/희진 Previous owner email: [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] New owner email: [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]  Before the account deletion, the ownership of the files was transferred to my account.However, since the files belonged to a team project, the files are no longer visible and appear to be missing after the previous owner left the team. I would like to request assistance in recovering the missing files or restoring their visibility under my account. Please let me know if you need any additional information, such as file URLs or screenshots.

I am in a Figma Make project with multiple linked pages, when I select the point and edit to select a specific element it keeps changing the page and going to another page instead of the one I was just on. I’m not able to select the specific elements on pages because it keeps changing pages as soon as I click on point and edit. I just updated my Figma this morning to the newest update and now have this issue.

These changes are saved locally and will sync when Figma reconnects” .at the same time I am just unable to get any response after i put my prompt and the offline sycn takes days.. it is very frustrating. Hi, it would be great if you guys can help me out on this. I've been trying to publish my website so I can see how it behaves, but I'm getting a distorted page every time I publish it. It doesn't look distorted in my Figma make file, so I'm not sure what is wrong. I depublish it, I republish it again, that didn't seem to be the issue. I logged out and logged back in, that didn't help either. I reviewed the past files, and solutions have been asked in the forum, and tried to troubleshoot, but it doesn't seem like it's getting resolved.
