BUG: Figma Desktop scrolls vertically when open a full comment thread then can't scroll back

Open the comments panel and click on a comment. If the comment thread is long and doesn’t fit the vertical height of Figma window, it forces the open Figma document to scroll upwards to accommodate the full comment thread, which causes the UI to shift upwards with the top part cut off, and an empty space of equivalent height displayed at the bottom of sidebars.

The frustrating part is that the scroll is locked, so I cannot scroll back down to fix it. The only immediate fix is to reload the page.
