When i try to Paste Properties on Figma Design File, or do `ctrl` + `alt` + `v` shortcut when any object is selected, it just closes the figma app No overridden shortcut on my PC, and I’m currently using windows 11. No idea why this happens, and it just happens recently.

I ran into an issue after building a prototype, which now needs to be updated with a different typeface, where I cannot see or adjust the font at all.In the file I’m having an issue with I see this on the right side, with text selected: If I create a new file, I can see the font selection feature which is missing in the previous file:I have tried refreshing my browser, using the desktop app and rebooting my computer.If I create a new file, then copy paste the prototype content of the original into it, I end up with the same problem.I just need access to the existing Google fonts library.Does anyone have an idea what’s going on?

When exporting frames with gradients to PNG, you'll get semi-transparent pixels—even when all gradient stops are 100% opacity. This happens whether the gradient is applied directly to the frame or on a separate layer, as long as there's no solid fill behind it.  The attached Figma file includes four test frames. Visually, they appear identical, but only the fourth frame—with a solid fill behind the gradient—exports as fully opaque. You can verify this with a tool like: PNG transparency checker; the first three exports contain semi-transparent pixels. A workaround is to move the gradient to a separate layer, then apply a solid fill to the frame behind it, like the fourth frame in the attached file. This avoids the PNG transparency problem but adds unnecessary layer complexity.  Repro StepsCreate a new Figma Design file Add a frame With the frame selected, change its fill to Linear Gradient. The “copy as PNG” functionality never seems to work. It worked for a brief period, and I have never been able to use it since. I have a Mac and I am using the desktop version of the application. Does anyone else have this issue?(Copy as SVG also doesn’t work) 

I have created and published a color palette: The colors shown in the bottom right corner don’t match with the palette:See (1) and (2)...The color #7700ff in the middle palette isn’t the same as in the bottom right corner. What did I do wrong?

I had a paid plan linked to a works email, in conjunction with another workplace account that I no longer used, since my address the the initial employer has been revoked I’ve also lost access to everything under the second account - and Figma is claiming the account never existed. I don’t know how or why they were linked, but I am now paying for an account I can’t access and have lost almost 7 months of design work.  Please help someone, I’d really like to talk to a pro about this and get my old design files and paid for membership attributed to a different log in.

I was trying to access my project files after a while. My account name itself isnt showing in the files share. I was the owner of the files. Now, any request access is sent to no one. (The owner of the file itself is missing.) I am not able to access any files in this particular team. When I hover on any properties of a component instance and hit "Esc" to deselect the layer, the property that I'm hovering on stays highlighted or "ghost selected".The highlighted state stays as such until you do the same action on another component instance, after which the highlighted states switches to this new component instance.Demo to show what I mean: 

I am writing to report an issue I'm experiencing with my account. I have a professional subscription, for which I have paid, but I am currently unable to access the AI features.When I try to use the AI functionality, I receive an error message stating: "Limit reached for this feature until Jul 1, 2025." (Please refer to the attached screenshot for context).Given that today is June 14, 2025, and I have a professional subscription, I expected to have full access to these features. This limitation is preventing me from utilizing the service as intended, which is crucial for my work.Could you please investigate this issue and clarify why I am encountering a limit on a paid professional account, especially when the stated limit date is in the past? Every time I want to comment a Figma Slide, it makes me very annoyed and frustrated. I often cannot finish typing my sentence (in Chinese) in the comment function because it automatically switches to the next page, forcing me to type the comment content somewhere else and copy it in. This makes my work very troublesome and inefficient. I am not the only one who has this problem. Another colleague of mine also has the same problem. Please help us solve this problem as soon as possible. 

I’ve noticed that OpenType features (ligatures, stylistic sets, etc.) show correctly in Figma’s Design mode, but they don’t appear in the published website when using Figma Site.Is this a known limitation/bug, or is there a workaround to ensure OpenType features are preserved in the published output?Design mode (notice the single-storey a)Published site (all OpenType features are ignored) 

Dear Figma Team,There is a problem that is causing me a lot of trouble lately…When I add drop shadow on top of an outside stroke with no variable the drop shadow start after the stroke. The problem is that when I add a variable stroke width, the stroke goes above the drop shadow 😫.  There is 3 diffrent behaviors for the exact same frame and same shadow.See screenshot attachedIt is really jeopardize a hard deadline for me , please help…(PS : the shadow is raw number so its not an interaction between 2 variables of the same mode in case you were wondering)

Hi Figma team, I wanted to share some persistent issues I’ve been experiencing for over a month now related to Stroke and Fill functionality. Stroke issues:I often can’t remove the stroke or set it to appear on only one side. This is especially problematic when the object is nested within another frame. Fill issues:The “+” button to add a new fill works only occasionally. While clicking on the Fill area does trigger a response from the system, actually adding or deleting a fill rarely works. Often, I have to just toggle the visibility (“eye” icon) off — even if I know I won’t need a fill at all — because I simply can’t delete it. Spacing/padding issues (new):As of today, I’m unable to set different paddings for different sides of an object. It only lets me set a uniform value for all sides, and the option to adjust each side individually appears to be missing or broken. These bugs are impacting my workflow significantly. I’d really appreciate it if the team could take a look. Thanks so

I have an icon library that I am organizing, and I thought the new grid Auto-layout feature would help organize the icon sizes. Set the grid on the Component Set to use a 2x7 (2 columns, 7 rows) layout. Then, I select all of the variants and drag the top-left selected variant into the top-left cell on the grid. All of the variants nest themselves in the grid cells magically as expected. But what is unexpected is that the property names are blown away and reset to Figma’s default naming convention while the property values stay intact.

In a Figma library file, we have an icon set as separate components. The icons are multiple shape objects, i.e. they are not compound paths. All the icons should be monochrome in any state. If we replace one icon(component) with another only parts of the icon will inherit the colours from its replacement. The rest of the icon shapes will pick their colour from the colour applied to the icons as Main Components. Can anyone help with troubleshooting this or confirm that this is a bug?

If I have an object, and want to copy Its interactions properties to another, I have to copy from the Prototype toolbar: Copying from Its line doesn't seem to work anymore: 

Anytime I use a variant with overrides applied the interactive component causes the variant to revert to its default state in the prototype. I may be doing something wrong, but it feels like a bug.

When I have a blend mode applied to a layer or fill, I can’t tell which one I’m currently using. Clicking the blend mode droplet icon again just removes it. The only way I could figure out which one I was already using was by going into dev mode and looking at the generated CSS.

Since last 3 days I have noticed that control z shortcut is not working and its causing a lot of friction in my workflow. I have checked my keyboard and its fine. The shortcut worked in MS word. But its just not working in Figma. Please help.

The new glass effect works very nicely in the editor viewport, howeverwhen you present your design in present mode, it looks very pixelatedand some random diagonal black lines appear when you present in full-screenIs it just me or you as well?

Unable to change Community Profile name to “Wai Technologies” and have to upload profile picture, not able to do it.Please assist on the same.
