Unable to access Figma Education Plan due to SheerID issue

I did follow up with SheerID using the same email tied to my Figma account, but so far I’ve only received generic rejection emails and closed tickets, without any clear explanation or way to fix the issue. My access has been blocked for over two weeks now, which is making it difficult to keep up with my coursework.

I really appreciate you and the Education Team looking into ticket 1589374 further. Please let me know if you need any additional details from my side.

I wanted to let you know that my Figma access has finally started working now. I am relieved to have it resolved after the long wait, and truly grateful for your support throughout the process.

I’m posting on behalf of my classmate Giselle, who is experiencing an issue very similar to what I recently went through. She is unable to access the Figma Education Plan even after submitting all the required documents, and her verification appears to be stuck in review for several days.

In my case, the review was delayed as well, and it took extra follow-up through both Figma and SheerID before it was resolved. Since this is preventing her from completing coursework, we wanted to request your help in checking her application status and guiding her on what steps she can take next.

Could someone from the support team please look into her verification or advise on how she can expedite the process?
