Unable to access Figma Education Plan due to SheerID issue

Hi, I’m unable to access my Figma Education Plan. I submitted my verification through SheerID, but it’s been delayed and I haven’t received any confirmation yet.

I’ve also contacted SheerID support, but they said they’re experiencing high request volumes. Because of this, I can’t activate or use my education plan on Figma.

While I don’t have access to account details here in the public forum, I can see you have a ticket open with our Education Team: 1589374. Since the verification process is fully managed by SheerID, our visibility into their turnaround times is limited.

That said, if you don’t hear back from SheerID by normal business hours next week, please feel free to follow up directly using the same email address tied to your account for an update.
