I recently canceled my Pro subscription, but I noticed that a $20 charge is still currently processing on my card. I would like to request that this transaction be canceled immediately before the charge is completed, as I no longer wish to use the Pro plan.

 

Please confirm that the charge will not go through and that my subscription is fully canceled.
