No Response From Sales After 3 Months — Need Help With Organization Accounts

I’ve submitted the sales contact form several times over the past three months, but I still haven’t received any reply from Figma. I’m looking to purchase three organization accounts, billed yearly by invoice, and would really appreciate an update.

Is there someone from the team who can help or let me know the next steps?

I passed your inquiry along to our team, and they’re asking for more details about why you’re unable to use the self-serve option.

Since you only need a small number of licenses, we generally encourage customers to upgrade to the Organization plan on their own: Upgrade or downgrade your plan
 

Once you share a bit more about the specific reason you can’t use the self-serve flow, I’ll pass that information back to our team for review.

Just so you know, you can upgrade to the Organization plan on your own, but in that case payment must be made by credit card. For more details, you can check this guide: Upgrade or downgrade your plan

 

I’m assuming you have constraints that require paying by invoice in order to purchase the Organization plan — is that correct?

Yes, I would like to pay by invoice. That is why I can not do this myself. 

Can anybody contact me? I really need to get these accounts to start the regarding projects.
