I’m unable to bulk load images as file paths in Figma Buzz. I tried both csv and xlsx files and when I upload the file it reads it as a text field . I’m just wondering if we are doing something wrong? Thanks

Hello,I’m having a problem with my payment. My subscription started on September 6 and was supposed to renew on October 6. Yesterday, I couldn’t complete the payment because the amount shown was incorrect — it displayed $60 instead of my regular $16 subscription fee.Because of that, I canceled the subscription and tried to re-subscribe, but now I don’t have the option to pay monthly for the $16 plan. I can’t figure out how to do it, and I’d also like to remove the $60 payment line from my billing section since it’s incorrect and unnecessary.Could you please help me resolve this issue?Thank you in advance!
Hi all -- having a lot problems today getting my Figma site to publish despite it working just fine prior. I just wanted to make some changes and add a webpage and haven’t had any issues till now. I’ve tried restarting the app, using it in the web browser, removing the most recent page, confirmed no errors. What can I do? I spent a long time on this site and now I cannot manage or maintain it.Thank you!
Hello, I am working on some projects and whenever I try the prototype it freezes and the interactions are not working. No matter if I hide/unhide layers, clear figma cache, re-install figma, restart or update pc.It has been like that all day. The only interactions I have is open overlay, while hovering, click. Yesterday it was working properly.The project is very complicated to change the interactions and test if something is causing that issue although I dont think that’s the case.Does anyone face the same issue? Other users within the same project don’t have any issue.

Has anyone figured out how to publish the components in this tool kit? As a single user on the Pro Plan, this is the modal that pops up when you try to publish the components?
I registered my user in educational figma, but even after confirmation my user is not as educational but on the free plan, how can I solve this?
Hello,I’m working on a UI kit, and recently I noticed that a purple rectangle — similar to the one used for a component — appears on all my pages. It’s present everywhere, even on newly created pages, and it’s immovable and unselectable. When I hide another component on the same page, the rectangle disappears for about two seconds and then comes back.This is quite annoying, and I don’t know how to fix the issue. I’ve already checked several forums and your documentation but haven’t been able to find a solution.I hope you’ll be able to help me out!
I am being charged for an additional full seat, however I cannot assign it to anyone without being charged an additional 20 dollars. In simple words—I have 1 extra full seat which I cannot assign to anyone. The chatbot is of no help. Very frustrating.

I have a design system Figma file with styles and components which are shared to another file.I created new styles and components in the Design System file and published the changes (I could see them in the list of updates).These new styles and components are not updating in my second file. I’ve read and tried all the community suggestions and nothing fixes the issue.Please help! The whole purpose of shared [published] styles is for them to sync and auto-update in all associated douments
I just had a call with my dev where we realized he couldn’t see a style effect (shadow) I had added to an element, being in dev mode. It shows a filter. He had to go to design mode to see the style.We don’t get why, the whole point of dev mode is to communicate these things?Now we’re worried about how many times other devs with only dev mode might have missed styles, only seeing the raw values.Seems to be be connected with this, from 2024?By the way the number of “related topics” with all kinds of styles/tokens/variables not showing in dev mode is also worrying.

After transferring files from another account and confirming ownership, the files have been deleted. on 4th Oct. Please can the files be recovered from the account and restored to the new account.This is very important to my work. This is the file I need to recover or alternatively recover the account that was deleted. I’m having issues with typing out text on the file canvas for the chrome desktop and browser app. Guessing it’s not a font issue since it’s inter. Not a bounding or frame issue since I’m typing it straight onto the file canvas. No issues when I type it into an art board, within another layer/frame or have a background behind it. It’s like the file canvas has “hidden” frames that the text hides behind (see image). If you zoom in and out you can find a level where it is visible like normal, but if I were to adjust the zoom just a little bit it turns invisible again. I can’t see the text written when I select the area either. I’ve tried restarting the desktop app without any success. Not sure if it’s an issue with the Asus model I’m using since it seems to work fine on my stationary chromebook at work.

Im having issues publishing my library. I reloaded the page and tried publishing it again and had no luck, but I see that there is no issues on the figma status, what could be happening.

Dear support Figma team.I have noticed that after last update my Figma app made my draft file is missing. I know the name of the file and remember even the names of some pages inside, but I couldn’t find it at all. I have only one account and I have checked deleted files. It is not appearing anywhere. I definitely created in my drafts, and it has no teammates to delete it. Please help, how could I restore it or find it?
I’m creating a presentation within a Figma working file (not slides) where I am creating links to other pages and frames within the file. There are about a dozen links I’ve pasted into the file to take me to other places in the same file. Every now and then when I click on one of the links, the entire Figma file reloads before taking me to the next page or frame. This is annoying because I want to smoothly walk through this file in a presentation. it’s a fairly large file containing design explorations across many pages. Is there a way to prevent the reloading? It’s happening at random.
