Hello, my figma account has been blocked for the past 3 weeks and i forgot to contact education@figma.com earlier, i’ve contacted them monday (2025/11/10) and have been waiting since, i can’t do the normal verification since i’ve reached the maximum number of attempts.

Education Plan Locked
I’m currently studying design and have been using Figma for several years. My education plan expired this summer, and when I tried to re-verify, the system kept showing that the verification limit had been reached. I contacted SheerID, and they told me that my account appears to be verified already, even though it isn’t. I’ve tried all the steps they suggested, including clearing cookies, but nothing has worked.
The process is really frustrating as I’ve also sent an email to Figma support and to the education@figma.com address weeks ago, but I haven’t received any reply yet. My files are still locked.

I am a student at an Australian university. My attempt to verify as a student with Sheer ID for the FIgma Education Plan failed multiple times. I then emailed Sheer ID support staff asking for assistan. They replied they cannot help me further. How can I solve this issue and verify as a student?

I’ve been trying to apply for the education plan but everytime I fill in the application and submit, I get redirected to the https://www.figma.com/education/apply page without receiving an email for SheerID approval.
Last time I attempted to use Figma education I was approved on SheerID but never received the benefits in my account and was still stuck on the free plan. This time around I couldn’t even get to the SheerID stage so I’m unsure what to do from here.
