Accidental additional Full Seat charge — requesting one-time courtesy review

Hi Figma team,

I’m looking for help reviewing a billing charge tied to a previous Professional plan under this account’s email.

I accidentally approved an edit request which added an additional Full Seat. The seat was removed within a few hours once I noticed the billing change, and it wasn’t intentionally used for ongoing collaboration.

I no longer have access to the original workspace to manage billing, but the invoice is still associated with this email.

I understand Figma’s non-refundable policy, but I was hoping this could be reviewed for a one-time courtesy adjustment given the brief and unintentional nature of the seat usage.

If needed, I’m happy to provide approximate invoice dates or other details to help locate the charge.
