I am a currently enrolled student for a visual design degree.
When I attempt to re-verify my status, I receive the common error message: "We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer."
I have already tried contacting SheerID but have not received a response.
Please manually reset my verification status so I can submit my updated documents and continue using Figma for my studies.
