reactivating Figma Education Account

I am a currently enrolled student for a visual design degree.

When I attempt to re-verify my status, I receive the common error message: "We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer."

I have already tried contacting SheerID but have not received a response.

Please manually reset my verification status so I can submit my updated documents and continue using Figma for my studies.

Hey ​@didi don , thanks for reaching out to the Figma Forum!
Could you please confirm that you’ve contacted SheerID using their Contact Form? You can submit an appeal there along with any additional documentation, and their team will review it to determine whether your status can be approved.

If you’ve already shared additional documents and were told that SheerID couldn’t process them, please reply directly to their message and CC education@figma.com so the Figma for Education team can take a closer look.  (As a reminder,  Figma cannot review documents or confirm individual user eligibility.) Thank you!
