Are there humans on the other side of Support? I sent in a ticket but haven't heard back anything and my team is dead in the water.
I upgraded my Professional account to Organization yesterday paying the $1400. Immediately after the upgrade went through, something broke in my account and my Supabase project seems to been disconnected.
First it threw a Supabase error and told me to fix config. When I went into config is says the project is deleted.
I’ve confirmed the project is in fact not deleted on the Supabase side but it seems the linkage between the projects is broken.
I’m unable to create re-link it from the Figma side as it won’t allow me to fix or create a new Supabase linkage. Seems like the upgrade scrambled an id somewhere and broke a table. Can someone fix this please? I paid for an upgrade and instead got my project progress halted.
