I’m reaching out because I’ve been stuck with a student verification issue for over a month. I’ve contacted SheerID several times, but unfortunately the replies haven’t resolved the problem. I’m still seeing “verification limit exceeded.”
At this point, I can’t edit my files anymore, which has been really frustrating and is now affecting my school work and deadlines.
I’ve tried to follow every step and have been patient throughout this process, but I’m still unable to move forward. I would truly appreciate help from the Figma team to reset or resolve this issue so I can regain access.
