This is what pops up and am still waiting for the support team to contact me before I lose access.

“Verification Limit Exceeded

We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.”

It still states that I need to verify.

I am starting to get worried it will interfere with my school work if it does not get resolved asap.

Hi @Yaeger Syverson ,

I understand you're seeing a "Verification Limit Exceeded" error when trying to verify your education status.

Since the verification process for higher education students is fully managed by our partner, SheerID, the best next step would be to reach out to their support team directly.

They’ll be able to look into the issue and help resolve the error.

Thanks,

I have tried nearly five times to verify my Figma student account using my government ID, as required by SheerID. However, every time I face the same issue. I received a response from SheerID stating, "Thank you for uploading your documentation. Unfortunately, we were unable to confirm your status." How can I verify my Figma student account? I need to resolve this as my project is ongoing.

I am facing the same issue.

They sent me document ideas of what I could upload. They sent me this as part of their message:

Please make sure that your full name, school name, current date, and year are visible to get through the process quickly.

  • Course Schedule
  • Screenshot of your student portal
  • Tuition receipt

I ended up sending all three via screen shots on my computer. You just have to make sure at least one has your full name visible in it.

When did you have the option to upload these three files? I didn’t see any option like that. SheerID required me to upload a government ID, but after I uploaded it, I received a message saying: "Thank you for uploading your documentation. Unfortunately, we were unable to confirm your status."

IS you have required for any government ID?

I received this as an email straight from sheer id. They did not require my government ID though. Have you tried emailing them again? You could try to ask if you could send separate documentation to prove your status. You could also try to create a forum and see if that grabs any more attention to help you.

Many of my students are having issues. They are giving clear evidence that they are enrolled and getting the run around. And now they are falling behind on work.

I contacted the SheerID support team. Can you help me grab their attention? I have not sent any direct mail.

I already emailed them all my evidence of my course enrollment.

Where did they share all the evidence? I emailed them, and the reply stated, "Our Verification Support team is currently responding to requests within 3-6 days."

@Jawad_Khan Try creating a forum and stating all of the issues. When I email it says the same thing unfortunately. To extend the days you work on a project you could try having your professor or whomever initially sent the invite to re-invite you. That is what I had to do until they finally got back to me. It took well over a week to get my issue taken care of.

@Michael_Lahey That sounds extremely frustrating. It’s a pain but have you been able to re-invite?
