This request is regarding Invoice W8MWRNZB-0002 for $23.60 USD dated 17 December.
I had purchased a Professional plan on 18 November and cancelled it on 26 November.
On December 17, I accidentally added another account as a paid seat, but removed it immediately once I noticed the mistake.
Despite this, a prorated charge for a Professional Full seat (Nov 17 – Dec 17) was generated and charged, even though the seat was not used and was removed right away.
I did not receive any Professional service for this period.
I kindly request a refund for this accidental prorated charge.
