Unable to see projects in Figjam or otherwise

My Figma files are stuck in prototype view mode and my Figjam is stuck on a blue screen. I am unable to edit or see any projects. (this is only an issue on my desktop, I am able to see them while on my iphone 12 mini) I don't seem to have the buttons for getting out of prototype mode, zooming out doesn't locate the work, and escape doesn't exit the viewer mode. Help!

    If not, please provide the following info:

    • You mentioned this is only happening on desktop:
      • Is it the browser version of Figma? Or is it the desktop app?
    • Are you seeing any specific error messages?
    • Are you on a work-issued computer?
