My Figma files are stuck in prototype view mode and my Figjam is stuck on a blue screen. I am unable to edit or see any projects. (this is only an issue on my desktop, I am able to see them while on my iphone 12 mini) I don't seem to have the buttons for getting out of prototype mode, zooming out doesn't locate the work, and escape doesn't exit the viewer mode. Help!

- You mentioned this is only happening on desktop:
- Is it the browser version of Figma? Or is it the desktop app?
- Are you seeing any specific error messages?
- Are you on a work-issued computer?
