Hi Figma team,
I’m an admin/member of the ExtremeSneakList team and we’re currently blocked from editing a critical Figma file (ESL Shop).
The file is locked and owned by a former collaborator who is no longer responsive or available. At the moment, all current team members only have view access, which is preventing ongoing development work.
I’ve already attempted to contact the original owner directly to request an ownership transfer, but have not received a response.
This file was created for our business and is required for active product development. I’m requesting guidance or assistance on transferring ownership to the ExtremeSneakList team or unlocking the file so it can be duplicated and maintained by our organization.
I’m happy to provide the file link, screenshots, and proof of ownership/administration of the team if needed.
