Hi Figma Support Team,I am writing to report a billing issue that has affected my ability to use my annual plan.I originally purchased 2 annual seats for my team. However, I accidentally activated 2 monthly seats, which I never intended to use — no members were ever assigned to them, and they have been completely unused since activation.Recently, I discovered that the monthly seats failed to charge, and as a result, my annual seats have also been locked and are now inaccessible. This is completely unreasonable. If the monthly seats could not be charged, they should have been automatically cancelled and I should have been notified immediately — not left unaware until my entire account was affected.I am now unable to use the 2 annual seats that I have already paid for, simply because of an accidental and unused monthly seat activation. This is unacceptable.I kindly request that you:1. Cancel and remove the 2 unused monthly seats2. Waive or refund any charges related to the monthly seats,

I am writing to request a refund for an unexpected charge on my account. I had already removed my credit card details from my billing profile, but despite this, an automatic payment of 76 dollar was processed from my account on 23 May. I do not intend to continue using the paid subscription for this billing cycle, and since the card was supposed to be removed, this charge was unintended. Could you please review my account history, cancel any active paid subscriptions, and process a full refund for this latest charge? I came across a fun bug today where setting the child of an auto-layout layer made its width increase infinitely.Usually, when setting child layers to fill width, the parent auto-layout layer would auto-switch to a fixed width. It first said “We’re unable to verify you using the information submitted,” and now it shows “Verification limit exceeded.”My college doesn’t provide official student email IDs — we use Gmail accounts for everything. The problem is, all my classmates got verified using the same kind of Gmail accounts, but I still haven’t received access. Hi, Me and my team are currently using the free plan on Figma. Now we have a new dev, it has become apparent that we need to upgrade to give the new dev a ‘dev seat’. As far as I’ve seen on the pricing page, a dev seat for one person should be $12 a month. That is what we would like to do. But when the owner of the board (not me) attempted to do this, it wanted to also give her (the owner) a ‘full seat’ for $16 per month. At the moment, both me and the owner have full editing access on the free plan. We would like to keep it that way and simply buy one dev seat for our new dev. I have Code Connect setup for both Web via React and Android via Jetpack Compose. Both show up correctly in the Figma appe.g. for a Checkbox component:This is the config file where I set my label. Hello! I intended to purchase only 1 Dev seat for my team. However, when the invoice was generated, extra accidental seats were added, making the invoice amount much higher than expected. I have already gone into my Admin settings and downgraded all those accidental extra users, and mine as well, back to free "Viewer" seats. Since this was an accidental system upgrade and the extra seats were not intended, could you please issue a refund/credit for the extra charges and adjust my billing to reflect only the 1 Dev seat? One of my classmates, who is also on the same Education plan, already has access to AI features like Remove background, Boost resolution, Edit image, and Make an image.As I Have Attached his and mine Screenshots, in one Screenshot he have the action button, and the other who have normal button is mine.However, I don’t see these features in my account. Could you please clarify if AI features are available for Education users, and if so, is it possible to enable them for my account? Hi everyone, I need help with my Figma Professional billing.I accidentally added another account/member to my team because I was trying to get access/AI credits for that account. I did not realize that it would add or upgrade the account to a paid seat. After adding it, my billing increased and now I’m seeing an extra $27.10 fee.I already tried fixing it by removing/downgrading the extra account and making sure the other account is not using a paid seat. But even after removing everything, the fee is still showing in my billing/upcoming invoice. My situation:I only wanted to keep my original paid seat/plan.I accidentally added an extra paid seat.I already removed or changed the extra account back.The extra $27.10 fee is still showing. I have tried several times to verify my student account; however, each time it says that I have exceeded my limit for student plan. Old links say they are expired and I need to try again. I have contacted SheerID a few times but they just give me the same reply: “We were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed.”I have not been able to use figma properly for a while now because of this. Please help!
Hi Figma Support, I accidentally upgraded the wrong team to the Professional plan today and submitted a support request for a refund. This was a mistaken upgrade, and I do not intend to use the Professional plan under this team. I have already taken action to prevent future charges and I plan to subscribe again under the correct team once this issue is resolved. However, I have not received a confirmation email or ticket number, so I’m worried that my support request may not have been received successfully. Could someone from Figma Support please help check whether my request was received, or help escalate this billing issue? Hi,Everything works fine using grid, but when I close Figma and reopen it, it’s messed iup. The issue gets fixed if I simply duplicate the frame using autolayout grid, the new frame will look perfect, while the old identical one will be broken. The one on the left is broken, the one on the right is correct, it’s simply the duplicate (Alt drag) of the other one, no changes made to it whatsoever.Thanks
I cancelled my subscription and a week or two after that I was still charged $15.00. I do not see any seats on the professional plan neither I can access the files that I’ve worked on, which means the plan is cancelled. I also cannot find where I can change my billing info not to be charged again.Why am I having these problems? The support team is not responsive. My ticket issue has been submitted almost a week ago.
