I created two new icons for my library and after publishing them to work on a prototype they are displaying with some unintended rendering issues. Some line objects of the icon have moved on top of others. I have attached screenshots of the intended icons and the buggy icons. I was able to fix this rendering by resetting the instance and resizing the instance to the intended size but I thought it might be a good bug to report anyway.and the published icon with issues.

Hi, I’m a university student currently using Figma with my Google account (not my school email).Previously, I successfully verified my Education Plan using my school email address — even though my Figma login email was different. At that time, Figma allowed this setup.However, my verification recently expired. Now, when I try to reverify, it requires that the *logged-in account* itself be the school email address. I set a textbox to a font and then change the weight. It either won’t apply the new weight or will jump to the previous textbox. It’s crazy buggy. Never had Figma be so buggy.

Can someone explain how, in 2025, the leading UX/UI design platform still can’t provide a simple way to manage annual seats from within the app? The panel to control seats makes it ridiculously easy to add them, yet does an extremely poor job explaining how it actually works. The number you enter isn’t the total you want to confirm instead it’s treated as an addition on top of your existing seats. Conveniently there’s no mention to the logic at all. And once you realize the mistake, too late since now you’re locked out of any way to fix it. No edit, no removal, no self-service management. It honestly feels like the billing interface was designed to trap users into over-subscribing. For a company built around great UX, this experience is beyond disappointing. Despicable, really.

I keep getting a “403 - "{\"status\":403,\"err\":\"Invalid token\"}"” also via Postman when trying to send an HTTP request and use the REST API. Any solutions to this?  

Yesterday while creating my portfolio as a ux designer on figma sites, It suddenly started to show that it cant open my file as WebGL is not enabled, through reading a help article via figma i enabled the override software rendering list as guided by the article and alternatively enabled other WebGL options but still figma is showing the same thing. To avoid Google chrome, i downloaded figma aap but the app is crashing and not working as well, i don't understand what to do and am i pretty stressed as figma has lot of my work designs and projects, i am on my education plan as i am a student and a ui/ux designer.  I was also working on my portfolio for a long period of time, it was getting almost ready when this happened suddenly. I have been using figma for the past 1.2 years on the same laptop. I am very stressed and confused not knowing what to do, i hope to see your reply soon. 

I’ve run into a strange issue in Figma. Every time I launch the app and click on a text layer, it seems to “remember” that font’s predefined weights. Then, when I try to edit another text with a different font, the weight options from the first font are still displayed. If I try to change the weight, nothing happens.For instance, if I open Figma, select a text with the SF Pro font, and then create a new text layer using Comic Sans, the weight list still shows SF Pro’s options. Has anyone experienced something like this? And if so, is there any known fix?FYI, I’ve already tried reinstalling Figma, editing in the web version, and working in a different draft but the problem still remains. Moreover, it looks like all my drafts and projects were affected, so creating a new draft and trying it there doesn’t help either. 

Hello forum,I am currently working on typing descriptions for components and component variants for a large design system file with more than a thousand components. These descriptions are going in the component configuration modal window. This window is accessed by clicking the component configuration button on Figma's right side panel. I have noticed that canvas tools are getting triggered while typing descriptions inside the text input field. Has anyone else experienced this kind of behavior? For example, words with the letter t can trigger the text tool and therefore Figma jumps out of the description input field. Words with the letter o trigger the ellipse tool. Words with the letter c trigger the comment tool. H the hand tool, etc. This happens inconsistently. Is this a bug? Is there a way to turn off single letter hotkeys for the canvas creation tools? Thank you for the help.

Recently, tap-to-click interactions have been broken in FigJam for me. I first noticed it 4 weeks ago and again it re-emerged this week. Observation: tap-to-click is not working. I have to use the button of my trackpad to select something. Troubleshooting:I’ve confirmed tap-to-click is working in other apps on my computer I’ve quit and re-opened the Figma desktop app I’ve toggled all settings and see no changeHas anyone else noticed this? It’s leading me to explore other whitebaord options that support my interaction patterns 

Hello, I have noticed:when switching component variants inside grid cell - something begin to break inside properties panel (there were cleaned properties before for sure I cleaned them perfectly!  - and some Property5 & 6 appeared after dragging cell variants).I think this is a bug. PSI can’t upload bug video here to show you (I don’t have google drive / loom / dropbox - btw why so uncomfy to add a video?)

I’m currently actively using and testing the Figma Site feature and found out that websites does not display correctly on old devices such as: Device: iPhone X & iPad Air2. Browser: Safari , Chrome (same issue) These websites contains vectors and Figma interactions such as scroll parallax. They are responsive when previewing, and works great on PC, iPad 3 and phones such as iPhone 14. Please help me out, and let me know how i could avoid this. Thank you very much.

Hi Team,I have been using Figma Make AI to create a web application. After running a few prompts, I received a message that I’ve reached the credit limit.Could you please guide me on: How I can check my current AI credit balance/usage? Whether there is an option to increase or purchase additional credits? If there’s any plan that allows unlimited prompts, since I need to create multiple screens and the current limit is restrictive. Figma currently allows viewing design differences (diffs) only between a branch and the master file during the merge process. This means that only designers can see these changes, and only at that specific point in time—after the design work for a feature is completed. However, developers also need visibility into these design changes to implement the feature correctly. Ideally, Figma should provide a way for developers to view the differences between the master file and the current branch at any time, not just during a merge. I cannot see a way to do this, am I missing something or is this feature not yet part of Figma?

Hello, just started the “Site” project in Figma and noticed many times that the design I see in working interface and in the preview are different. It happened many times and I just tried to avoid the problem, but this time I don’t know what to do. When a word is bold and is misspelled, selecting a spelling recommendation removes the text styling. This does the same thing with color, it’s very annoying! You can see the “:” is still bold after the spell change, but “Recommendation” isn’t.

Dear Figma support team,in my last billing period I accidentally assigned a full seat to another email with viewing rights. Once I realized the mistake, I assigned it back to view-only immediately. But in the monthly invoice a 20$ one-time charges and credits appeared. I assume it’s for the accidentally assigned full seat. I face problem like, I create a single frame inside a frame but after sometimes i see that there is multiple frames. Why this happenning?
