Dear Figma Support Team,
I am writing to request a refund for a recent charge on my account
I noticed that my account was upgraded to the Professional Plan and I was charged $27 on December 19. This upgrade was unintentional; I intended to stay on the Starter/Collaborator version and was not aware that my recent actions would trigger a paid subscription.
I haven't used any of the Professional Plan features since the charge. Thank you in advance for your understanding and assistance.
