Lost access to account

Hello,

I’m currently locked out of my Figma account because it was linked to my university email which has recently been deactivated (due to graduation). Can you please help me regain access? 

 

The email associated with my old account was [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]

 

Grateful for any help you can offer.

I understand that you’ve lost access to the university email linked to your Figma account due to graduation and are looking for a way to regain access.

 

If emails from your old address are being forwarded to your current one, the quickest way to get back into your account is to reset your password. Once you’re logged in, you can update your email address from your account settings.

For security and privacy reasons, we’re unable to handle account-specific issues directly here in the forum.
However, if you’re not able to receive forwarded emails, our support team can help manually update the email address for you.
