When attempting to re-verify my account for the education license I get the message “Verification Limit Exceeded”. I’ve contacted SheerID multiple times and they keep insisting my account is verified and there is nothing they can do or “reset”.
I’ve shared this with them from the Figma Support page:
"I am in higher education and trying to verify with SheerID, but see a “Verification Limit Exceeded” error message.
Once you’ve hit your verification limit, contact the SheerID support team to reset your limit and continue working on your verification.”

They keep replying that they can not reset the verification limit.
Could you please fix the issue?
