I’m reaching out regarding a notification on my account attached.
This message doesn’t align with my actual usage.
I have barely used Figma’s AI features this month, and certainly not to the extent that would justify completely exhausting the allocated AI credits. Because of this, I’m concerned that there may be one of the following issues:

Incorrect usage tracking on my seat

AI credits being consumed by another seat or automation on the team

A misconfiguration or bug affecting Education plan accounts
I’d appreciate it if you could please:

Provide a detailed breakdown of AI credit usage for my specific seat (dates, actions, and amounts).

Confirm whether AI credits are tracked per seat or shared across the team, and whether another user could be consuming them.

Verify that my account is correctly classified under the Education plan and that the correct limits are being applied.

Let me know if this is a known issue affecting Education plans or team accounts.
At the moment, the notification feels inconsistent with my actual activity, and I want to ensure there isn’t an error before waiting until January for a reset.
