I am writing to request your support regarding a Figma Pro subscription charge made to my account today.
Due to missing the cancellation deadline, my Pro subscription was automatically renewed. I did not intend to continue using the Pro plan, and at the moment, I no longer need it. Since the charge was processed today and the Pro features have not been used, I would kindly like to ask for your assistance.
If a refund is possible, I would greatly appreciate it.
In case a refund cannot be issued, I would like to request whether it is possible to transfer or switch this Pro subscription to another Figma account, as I still need the Pro plan but for a different account.
