Can't open figma

I’m experiencing a critical issue: after entering a prompt in Figma Make (the AI-assisted area), the design stopped rendering. After reloading, I can no longer access Figma at all — my account/projects dashboard won’t load (endless loading / page fails), so I can’t open any projects, not only Figma Make files.

 

Troubleshooting done:

 

* Stable, fast internet connection (other websites work normally)

* Using a VPN; tried multiple countries/locations — no change

* Cleared/checked DNS cache

* Restarted browser and tried multiple browsers — same issue everywhere

* Rebooted router and computer — no change

 

This started right after that Figma Make prompt/update, and now the Figma projects page consistently won’t load.

 

Could you please investigate and advise next steps?

We had a service disruption yesterday with Figma Make previews due to zscaler, but it has since been resolved. Everything else is up and running on our end with no recent service disruptions today, so this definitely sounds strange.

It looks like you’ve already tried all the best initial troubleshooting steps. Have things resolved for you in the past few hours or are you still unable to access Figma at all?

    Just wanted to update:
    I solved the problem.

    It was about changes that Figma Make made in my project, which introduced some bugs.
    It was so bad that it wouldn't even let me load the dashboard.

    I ended up opening the desktop app. Fortunately, I could open the project from there and fix the bugs. That's how the problem was resolved.
