I have submitted a support request to help with changing my account email 2 days ago and got no feedback what so ever!

I receive the confirmation email to change my account, but when I click on it, I receive an error message stating that the *Link Expires or Malformed*
This is quite frustrating and the lack of response or ability to directly chat with a human instead of the closed loop with your AI chat agent is adding layers to this frustration!
