Report a Problem

I couldn’t find a bug report, so just in case I’m posting my own. If we create a component with ‘No’ / ‘Yes’ variants (which Figma transform automagically into boolean) and we bind variable to that it’s not working. Since it shows as a boolean we can only bind boolean variable, but when we do that the variable name is crossed out and it’s not working. I suspect it happens because Figma still treats that variant as a ‘string’. If I change variant names to something else (so it’s not transformed into boolean) and I use string variable it’s working just fine.

Our account admin (Louise Cassidy) has gone on maternity and so I need to take on the admin elements to both issue licences to new starters and also make sure that we have the right number of licences for the size of the organisation.Can you tell me how to go about this please?

Hi all,I've been using the Poppins font in my Figma Sites design, and everything worked perfectly for weeks. However, after logging in today, the font suddenly appears incorrect in preview or play/test mode, it looks like it’s being replaced by a different font or weight.This only happens in preview mode, not in the design view. Poppins is a Google Font, so I assume it should still be fully supported and available.Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone know how to resolve it or whether this is a recent bug in Figma Sites?In the meantime, does someone know why the projects text also dissapears in the play/test mode? I had a similar problem with teeth not appearing, while all was fine in the design fase. Thanks in advance for your help! Attachments:

I keep receiving the error: “Something went wrong. Please refresh or try again later.”I have tried to remediate the issue by: trying again a day later duplicating the file and trying again clearing app cache trying desktop vs web reverting back to previous buildsNo luck on any of the above. Any suggestions? Have I hit a max amount of prompts? Frustrating as I’ve reached a point in my prototype that needs fixes and it is locked up.

I put in my payment information and pushed the button to complete the transation for a year subscription to a Collab seat, and instanty lost access to edit my own file durring a very important deadline. The app said I could use variables if I upgraded to any of  the three paid plans, and now i cannot edit at all and it says i need to further upgrade to a Full seat to restore functionality to edit i had on the free paln. It is treating me like i am the team trying to access, not the owner. And won’t allow me (the owner) to give the “team”  (me/myself) access. Can anyone help?

 All cards are hugged and in perfect integer value. The moment I add 3+ cards to the autolyout, it’s height gets in decimal (see H: 893.01). Irony is it’s happening with any card I duplicate and none of the card has any rotation.Need help to fix this (that .01 is bugging me)

I was working on a user flow in Figjam when suddently the file was empty with just the white frame remaining. When I go into version history, the content reappears. I’ve tried to restore multiple versions and the same thing happens. Content is normal in version history, blank when I leave.  What’s going on?

Hi everyone,I’ve been running into a bug on Figma Sites with the video carousel. When I add a video, everything looks perfect in the preview, but once I publish the site, the video shifts to the right side of the screen.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Embedding from YouTube instead of uploading directly (but embeds can’t be used inside a carousel). Replacing videos with GIFs (but the GIF size limit means the quality isn’t good enough for portfolio work). Multiple attempts at re-adding, resizing, and re-formatting the videos using autolayout So far, nothing has fixed the issue.Has anyone else run into this same problem with videos in carousels on Figma Sites? If so, did you find a workaround?Thanks in advance!

When accidentally scrolling over annotations using the mouse wheel or left button + spacebar, the interface gets stuck in hand tool mode even though the hand tool is disabled.Steps to reproduce:Open a file with annotations Scroll over an annotation using mouse wheel or left click + spacebar Hand tool mode becomes active and won't turn offWorkarounds:Switch between Design/Draw/Dev modes, or Close and reopen the fileScreenshot:Cannot see here but cursor turns into hand 

When trying to scale frames or components, not all objects will scale together. Text boxes especially. Is there a fix for this? It’s happening in every file right now. 

The period still works, but the underscore doesn't?It does work with sets of variables, so why isn't it retained?

Description:When I use [plugin name] to generate a logo (e.g. typographic design for “NÜRIVA”), the plugin only produces a text description of the logo but does not insert any visible image or SVG into the Figma canvas.Steps to reproduce: Open the plugin. Enter a logo request. Wait for more than 15 minutes. Only text is displayed in the plugin panel, no vector or image layer is generated. Expected result:The plugin should generate a visible SVG or image in my file.Actual result:Only text description is shown, no output in the canvas.What I tried: Restarted the plugin Created a new file Refreshed Figma But the issue still happens. Hello,I’m encountering an issue where the design-linked icon (pen icon) is not appearing on Jira cards in board view, even though the setup appears to be correct.According to Figma’s documentation, the icon should appear to the right of the number of days on the Jira card when a design is linked via the Designs panel.What I’ve confirmed: The Figma for Jira Cloud app is installed and the correct Figma team is connected. The Designs panel is visible in the Jira issue view, and I can successfully link Figma files there. The linked Figma files belong to the connected team and are accessible. The Design field is added to the card layout in board configuration. We’re using a company-managed project in Jira Cloud (production). Despite all this, the pen icon does not appear on any Jira card in the board view, even after refreshing.Has anyone experienced this? Parfois, il y a aussi des bugs de texture (artefacts visuels) sur l’image importée. Une fois l’image importée, ce fond fait partie intégrante du fichier : je ne peux pas le retirer ni retrouver la transparence d’origine. I’m going to renew my one-year subscription for my team.In my current setup I have 5 full seats.For the next year, I need 3 full seats and 2 dev seats.I cannot understand how to make this change. I’ve tried different ways but ended up with the annual subscription for 3 full and 2 dev seats, alongside the monthly subscription for 2 full (and unassigned) seats. And now I cannot get rid of this monthly subscription.It's a ridiculously messy and frustrating experience.

I have this annoying and weird bug where the Position panel disappears entirely when I select any component. I’ve checked with colleagues on the same files, and their Position panel appears no problem. I have updated, restarted, reloaded tabs to no avail. It’s easy enough to wrap a component in another frame so I can still position absolute (ignore autolayout), but I keep running into this weeks later.Anyone else ever seen this?

Figma Prototype Glitches After Update v125.7.5 I'm experiencing glitches in my prototypes after the recent update to version 125.7.5. These issues are affecting core functionality and making my prototypes unusable.Summary of Glitches: Variables & States Not Affecting Auto Layout: Components controlled by variables and states no longer correctly push or pull other items within an auto layout frame. Elements that should expand or grow to fill the parent container are now overlapping or not adjusting correctly. "Ghost" Shifts and Unpredictable Behavior: Elements will shift or move to incorrect positions within the prototype.
