I’ve lost access automatically to an important Figma file

I’ve lost access automatically to an important Figma file . When I try to open it, I see this message:

“Hmm, we couldn't find that one. This design file may have been deleted, moved, or made unavailable. Try reaching out to the file owner.”

This is a critical design file for us, and we urgently need to recover it. Could you please help restore or provide guidance on how we can recover the file?
