An important draft have been disappeared suddenly without knowing the problem.

An very important draft file have been disappeared suddenly without knowing the problem where and i need it as soon as possible.

this mail [redacted] was the owner of the team and then he give me the owner access then he leaved the team. 
i was able to access the draft file but suddenly it disappeared.
here is the file link and when i try to access it it give me page where it says ( this design file may have been deleted , moved ,or made unavailable
