Refund Issue – Amount Reversed Back to Figma

Hello Figma Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing regarding a refund for my Figma Professional subscription that was recently processed. The refund amount of USD 20 (PKR 5,532.2) was confirmed by your team, and I also received a notification stating that the refund had been initiated.

However, at the time the refund was processed, my payment provider SadaPay was experiencing a nationwide technical outage in Pakistan. Due to this issue, incoming transactions were temporarily blocked for nearly 24 hours. As a result, the refunded amount was not credited to my account and was automatically reversed back to Figma.

Once the technical issue was resolved, my SadaPay account became fully operational again, but the refund amount did not arrive since it had already been returned to the merchant.

I have attached a screenshot as proof showing that the refund was initiated but not received.

I kindly request you to please reprocess the refund or guide me on the next steps required from my side to resolve this matter.

Oh no - sorry ​@Zuhaib.pm -- definitely bad timing this time around. I’m not able to access (or provide) any information on billing, so I can’t be sure where the funds will have ended up, but I’ll check in with our support team and update you when I know more.
