I hired a consultant to help build a prototype in Figma. We signed an agreement prior to the work beginning. Upon completion of the job we paid him according to the agreement but he has not transferred ownership of the files to my account. Can Figma assist me in getting these files transfered to my ownership. I can provide any proof and documentation necessary to show that we have the rights to the work and have paid them for the service.
