Incorrect charge after cancellation – $35.33 charged on Dec 26

Hello Figma Support Team,

I’m reporting an incorrect charge on my Figma account.

I canceled my subscription before December 26, 2025 through the official Figma website. The cancellation was completed before the billing date.

However, on December 26, 2025 at 00:00, I was charged $35.33 USD by FIGMA.

After this charge:
- My account was not upgraded
- It remained on the free (Starter) plan
- No paid features or services were provided

This charge occurred after cancellation and without an active subscription, so it should be treated as an incorrect charge, not a standard subscription payment.

I am requesting a full refund of $35.33 USD.

Transaction details:
- Merchant: FIGMA
- Amount: $35.33 USD
- Charge date: December 26, 2025
