figjamで勝手にzoom になる（カーソルが虫眼鏡状態になる）ことがあります。どうやってもカーソルの状態を変更できず、Figjamのボードを開き直しています。いつそうなるか、再現性は分かりません。1日1回は起きます。改善ご検討いただけると助かります。よろしくお願いいたします。

I use a drawing tablet to document and sketch app prototypes for work. Until recently, I preferred using FigJam over Figma Design for this, specifically because FigJam didn’t apply the aggressive — and often laggy — line-smoothing algorithm that Figma Design uses with the pencil tool.Unfortunately, the June 26th update seems to have changed that. Now, FigJam is attempting to auto-correct my strokes, but it's doing so poorly — skipping parts of the line and miscalculating stroke width. Here's an example:

Paragraph spacing does not work. In addition to the fact that the button has moved and is no longer in the general panel, any substituted value does not change the interval between paragraphs, there is no reaction to its manual change. Restarting does not help.

Our team recently discovered that we’re being billed for two Professional subscriptions — one annual and one monthly. We receive two separate invoices, but in Settings > Plan we only see a single subscription available to cancel.I’ve already contacted support (Request #1475232), but so far the responses haven’t addressed my questions. I keep being told to simply cancel the plan, without clarification on the risks or how we ended up in this situation.Here are the issues we urgently need answers to: How did we end up with two overlapping subscriptions (annual + monthly) under the same team, instead of being prompted to just add seats to the existing plan? If I click cancel, there’s no option to choose which plan. How can we cancel just the annual plan without losing access to files (since the monthly is already paid through Sept 16)? Hi everyone,I created a library with color variables, but when I publish the library, my colors don’t get published – they only appear under Hidden. They are not set as “Hidden from publishing,” so I don’t understand why they stay hidden. If I create new colors, they also appear under Hidden. I already tried duplicating my file, but the variables remain hidden. Also, when I copy a component into another file, I don’t get the message “pasted with unpublished variables.” I really don’t want to rebuild everything from scratch. Does anyone know what’s going on or how to fix this?Thanks a lot for your help!

I created 3 slides as component variations and connected the variations with prototype. Each slide has a video in the background. When I run it in the browser, already as a website generated through Figma Sites, it only changes the text in the slide, but not the video background. How could I solve this issue?

Hi Figma team,I’ve encountered an issue when trying to apply a linear gradient to a single word inside a text layer.When I highlight just one word and apply a gradient (via the fill panel), the gradient technically applies, but no gradient handles appear on the canvas. This makes it impossible to adjust the direction, angle, or position of the gradient for that specific word.Steps to reproduce:Create a text layer with multiple words. Highlight just one word. Apply a linear gradient via the Fill settings. Try to adjust the gradient.Expected behavior:Gradient handles (start and end points) should appear, just like they do when applying a gradient to an entire shape or full text layer. I should be able to control the direction of the gradient within the selected word.Actual behavior:No gradient nodes/handles appear when the gradient is applied to only a portion of the text. Hi ,Here are couple bugs I encountered that are related to pattern fillsIf a frame already have a pattern fill, you cannot add another pattern ,even if the current is hidden, the button just does not respond But you can copy a pattern and paste it to the frame just fine . When using any stock image plugin like Unsplash or Pexels to add a background image fill to a frame , if the frame already had a pattern fill: nothing happens and the image does not get added, you can add it to other frames though , and again , you can copy the image fill from the other  frame to the frame with pattern fill  and it works just fine. when you change the pattern source, all frames using it will update just fine in the editor , However not in present mode, in order for it to update in present mode you have to go the frame using the pattern and manually hide then show the pattern. ​​​Hope these get fixed soon as they are pretty annoying.And for reference all these bugs were encountered while using the desk

I’m new to FigmaI just completed my first full campaign proposal design, it’s clear there are issues in the UX with exporting. creating a frame around a social media post after designing it (rookie mistake, maybe?) and the whole design is resized to “fill” or auto layout messes up the entire post I set up templates to follow before doing the design. So I had a bunch of white 1080X1350 rectangles to design over. When exporting some of the frames, the white rectangle I used to outline my aspect ratio before doing any design shows up on the sides (unevenly, mind you this would have been v embarrassing to send to a client) but not on all of them. it’d make sense if this happened on every post but this was oddly only few and easy to miss at a glance (time added to my QA). I want to be able to bulk export all of my frames to individual jpegs, this is super time consuming to go individual frames and then deal with the export issues case by case.  *end rant, and thank you for your time*

I am working with Figma Sites, and have a component that I use across all pages (6–12 items per page). The component contains another component which is an icon variations (instance swap property of multiple icons). Inside the mockup, all looks good, but on a preview, and publish version, all these icons look extremely large! Which make all the layout look messy and sizes of other blocks are not aligned anymore.One more important thing, this issue showed up on Thu, 28 2025. Before I has exactly the same component and it was performing perfect!I’ve tried to recreate icons and reattached them as another set of variations (instance swap property of multiple icons). Background: I’m creating a grid (basically a chart background). The grid is built up by a set of auto-layouted rows. For charts with both negative and positive values I want to add in a stronger horisontal center-line, absolute positioned with L+R, T+B constraints. Problem: I’m doing this but when i resize the grid it only seems to respect the L+R and T constraints, not the bottom.   

I’ve been getting charged 160/month for a free account. I need to speak with someone about this.

Body:Hi Figma team,In the past few days, the shortcut Shift + Command + V for pasting text without formatting has completely stopped working.Expected behavior (previous): While editing inside an existing text box, pressing Shift + Command + V pasted only the plain text content, inheriting the current text box’s font, size, and color. Current behavior (now): Pressing Shift + Command + V does nothing — no text is pasted, and there’s no response in the UI. Steps to reproduce: Copy some text from a another text layer. Double-click into an existing text box in Figma. Press Shift + Command + V. Result: No action occurs. No text is inserted. This shortcut used to be a very common part of my workflow, and losing it has significantly slowed down my text editing process. Could you confirm if this is a bug or if the shortcut has been changed?Thank you!

After multiple trials, I found that even when I provide the URL of another branch, it still tries to access the page on the main branch. Since the content of this branch has not yet been merged into the main branch, it reports the error mentioned above. I'd like to ask: Is this how the MCP is designed to function, or am I using it incorrectly? How can I solve this problem? I hope to enable the Figma MCP to access data from pages on non-main branches.thank

Whenever I export or copy an object with a stroke (outline) as a PNG, there are weird cracks, gaps, or “breaks” appearing in the stroke. The design looks perfectly fine in Figma’s editor and preview, but the exported PNG shows these unwanted artifacts along the stroke edges.Has anyone else experienced this problem? Why does this happen, and is there a way to fix or avoid it?  

i don't know what did i moved but know my layers and some settings appears different than how they were before by default.   

When sharing my figma slide screen on zoom, 2 cursors show up. 

I am so incredibly frustrated. I have combed through every Figma forum, every youtube video. I cannot find the billing option. I simply need to access my receipts. I am very disappointed to see so many others dealing with the same issues.Here is a screenshot to help understand that I cannot find the Admin button, or the Billing button, let alone find receipts. I need this to be attended to absolutely urgently. Theres not even a live chat or phone option for me. Figma, what’s going on? I have attatched ss of the side bar and top bar. I don’t want to ss the whole screen for privacy reasons (another reason why I should be able to speak with an agent), but there are no other buttons or signifiers for Billing or Invoices anywhere on the page. 

I am building multiple Figma Make components inside figma sites. The components height is set to hug, and in the preview or when the site is published it is behaving correctly, but inside figma the component height is acting very crazy, jumping from 1000 to 16,000 to 322,000 px height randomly although the original expected height should be around 500px.This problem makes the design inside Figma almost impossible as I can not see the next elements, they all jump out of frame.My workaround is setting the component height to fixed while designing and truning it to Hug only before publishing. Anyone facing a similar problem?

The connecting lines between the main topic and its sub-topics in the mind map are deformed.When a main topic has too many sub-topics, the connecting lines get exaggeratedly bent and deformed, overlapping the text.This didn't happen with the previous version of the mind map.
