Even though I deleted my account, I keep receiving bills

Although I closed my account about a week ago, I am still receiving billing invoices at the email address ‘[redacted customer PII - DJV 12/26/25]’. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

For your privacy and security, I’ve redacted your email address from your topic. I can confirm that there is no account in our system associated with the icloud.com email you provided. But through check further on the backend, it looks like there still is an active subscription associated with it. Please note that deleting your account is not the same action as cancelling your subscription. 

Our team here on the forum isn’t able to assist with Billing or Account Management, so I’ve created ticket #1657474 on your behalf to connect you with our support team using your gmail email address associated with your forum account. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reply directly to support via email.
