Please cancel my subscription, I tried to cancel it but it wasn’t clear what I’ve done , I need my money back, it’s an emergency

My team here on the forum isn’t able to assist with Billing issues, but I took a look at your email address associated with your forum account and can see that you reach out to support on ticket #1652743. 

It looks like support replied to you earlier today to help with the cancellation. Please check your email and if you have any further questions, you can reply directly to support via email.

I have also not received Human Support about the same issue. Only an AI chatbot and directing me to post the concern here on the Community Board. Plain and simple: cancel subscription. I am logged in, and I see our mobile app files. I am part of a team. I am personally being billed every month, whilst the App is not in use, and not being worked on. My login has no subscription active, and I cannot figure out how to cancel the subscription. A human agent would resolve this promptly. 

I will alternatively contact my bank to dispute the charges as failure to assist customers is illegal and mispractice. An AI Chatbot is NOT a solution, when it does not solve the problems. A human agent would find the solution.
