Screen Stuck and shut the screen off after some mints of working

Hi ​@Rimsha-dbp - sorry to hear you’re having trouble. First, can you please run through the steps on this troubleshooting guide we have here? I’d also recommend doing a complete shut down and restart of your computer or tablet (if you’re on one), then also completely uninstalling/reinstalling the desktop app (if you’re using it)

If those don’t help, can you provide me the following information?

• The kind of OS you are running, including specific version number
• If it happens on both Figma on the web, and on the desktop app
• If there is a specific file that you try to access when things get stuck
• When you say the screen shuts, off -- do you mean your entire display goes off, or does Figma go blank?

I am having issues with Figma today too. 

The cursor is not responsive around any frames or shapes. 
It does not detect it ie: when close to the corner of a frame there used to be an indicator to rotate that has since disappeared. And the edges of a frame or shape flicker when I roll over it with the cursor. 
It it so jumpy and buggy. 
I have had to restart and hard refresh more than once. 
For the support ppl, I am web, paid plan, macbook pro.
