Accidental seat allocation again

Hello I just checked how much I was charged by FIgma last month and saw an additional 20 pounds. This is the second time it is happening to me. I am a freelance designer and I am using my own figma account but the devs are not on my paid account because the company I freelance to has them on full time contract. I hope I made the difference clear about why I shouldn’t pay a dev seat for them. I think I saw a notification and clicked accept without reading the seat change

 

I am really sorry for that

 

could you please check if the seat is closed now and I would be super happy to get a refund as I am just a small size entreprenur here with limited resources

Hi ​@ida sade - happy to get you some help.

I saw that you had a conversation with support via help ticket today (#1666140) around the same time you posted this topic. 

Did you accidentally change the seat again after support got in touch with you regarding your billing adjustments? Or is this now resolved?
