Hello,
I was charged for a "Professional Team (Monthly)" subscription a few hours ago.
However, no Professional team appears in my account.
I only see one team marked as [Free], and there is no Admin or Billing menu available.
I have never created another team, and it seems the subscription was not properly attached to my account.
I would like to:
1) Cancel the subscription immediately
2) Request a full refund, since the subscription is unusable
Payment was made today, and I contacted support within a few hours.
