Report a Problem

I’m looking to transfer all my files to my personal email as I no longer have access to my student email. Hoping someone can send me the link where I can submit a ticket for it.

Why does Figma keep on charging my credit card while I use a free plan?I don't want to proceed with the recurring payment, and please remove my payment card from this account, since I cannot find any settings that allow me to do so.

I got charged $15 for a subscription I cancelled a month ago. It shows I’m in the free plan. So why was I charged $15?

Hello,I am requesting verification of my Figma Student Plan account.I have submitted all the required documents for verification. However, I do not have a second (last) name, and the form required a mandatory second name. Since the form could not be submitted without it, I entered my first name again as the second name.I kindly request you to verify my account despite this issue. My details are as follows: Student email: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] Figma account email: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] Please let me know if any additional information or documents are required.Thank you for your time and support.Regards,

I’m trying to update my credit card information and it keeps telling me to enter a valid date.  I am entering a valid date - it’s been accepted by other vendors. What to do?

Subject: Unable to drag and drop files into Figma Desktop when the window is maximizedDescription:I’ve recently encountered a strange issue with the Figma Desktop app on Windows.I can no longer drag and drop files (images, assets, etc.) into Figma when the application window is maximized. Here’s what happens: If Figma is maximized (full screen) → I cannot drag and drop any files into the canvas. It feels like the application loses focus or becomes “inactive” during the drag action. If I minimize or restore the window (not full screen) → drag and drop works normally. Drag and drop works perfectly in the web version of Figma. It looks like Windows does not consider the Figma window active during drag operation when it’s maximized. What I’ve already tried Reset app settings Reinstalled Figma Desktop Restarted the computer Tried drag and drop from different folders Checked keyboard/mouse behavior Tested with different files Confirmed it works only when the window is not maxim

I have been billed despite never using Figma. Please instruct me on how I can speak with a representative.

Hello Figma community,I’m posting to report a confusing billing issue and to see if anyone else has experienced something similar. What happened: On Dec 4, 2025, I upgraded from Starter (Free) to Professional (Monthly). I was charged €23.80 on Dec 4, 2025 , which covered the period Dec 4, 2025 – Jan 4, 2026. Invoice number PGLYPKTZ-0001 Date of issue December 4, 2025 Date due December 4, 2025 Immediately after getting the remainder email for next billing which was due on Jan 4 2026, I cancelled auto-renewal. Later, after confirming cancellation, I also deleted the account. Despite this: On Jan 4, 2026, I was charged again €23.80 for the same billing period, listed as prorated seat charges. Invoice number PGLYPKTZ-0002 Date of issue January 4, 2026 Date due January 4, 2026 This was not a renewal and no service beyond Jan 4 was used. Both invoices clearly reference the same date range (Dec 4 → Jan 4), which makes this appear to be a duplicate charge caused by seat proration/re

Hi,I’m trying to publish a new version of my plugin Design Buddy, but I’m blocked by this message:“We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed.”I emailed support@figma.com as instructed, but received an automated reply saying email support isn’t available for Starter accounts, so that path doesn’t work.I haven’t changed anything related to my account. This is blocking a plugin update for a waiting customer, so I’d appreciate it if a support specialist could check my account and help unblock the publishing process. Thanks in advance.

Hello,I’m having an issue with some components in my design system. The file is quite heavy, and for several components, the variants no longer appear in the right-hand panel. To switch variants, I have to select the component, right-click, and use the “Change variant” menu. From there, I can access all the variants, but they still don’t show up in the right panel. It really looks like a bug.Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you manage to fix it?Thanks!

Did we lose the ability to drag and drop inside Figma Make code editor view? It was working a few weeks ago and now I can’t do anything. Entire design team is having this problem. This affects images, logos, shared .md .tsx files, etc.

I was on a monthly plan, and now got asked to pay for three full seats with an annual fee.  team is locked out.

In a library file our team set up collections of variables and created two modes, one for Desktop and one for Mobile. We then decided that we wanted Mobile to be the default mode. As a workaround to make Mobile the default mode, we renamed the modes, swapping their names (so, Desktop → Mobile, and Mobile → Desktop). We then swapped all the variable values so they were under the correct mode. The problem is that now any pages or frames that were set to a specific variable mode before we renamed and swapped the modes still show the old naming even though they now have the correct styles based on what is supposed to be the default mode (Mobile). So, if I chose Mobile for the variable mode for a page or frame before the swap, it now reads Desktop when the styles are correct for Mobile. Also, new pages or frames created do not have this issue, so I can have two frames right next to each other, one that says “Auto (Mobile)” and one that says “Auto (Desktop)” and they both look correct. This sa

hello,We were paying for figma but it has now moved to a free plan. We wanted to pay annually by invoice. Please can you confirm what has happened?

I have been using the Copy Properties shortcut for years, but it suddenly stopped working in the past few weeks. I can still right-click to select ‘Copy Properties’ and use the keyboard shortcut to paste properties. Is this a bug after the updates?

I’ve found a similar forum that describes my issue exactly. Quoting the same problem:I am a University student that was using the Figma Education Plan last year, and over my courses made many projects under this account. The semester recently ended and I wanted to add some of the projects to my portfolio, but when I logged in using Google, Figma redirected me to the survey that you do when you initially register for a new account. Once I got past it I was indeed, greeted with a completely new Starter account. All of the files I had worked on were gone, all the saved libraries and teams I had made are nowhere to be seen as well.I still was able to find and open some of the files from my browser history, so they were thankfully not deleted, but all of my access is removed despite being able to still see my name and icon in the project’s editor’s history. When I click the [ask to edit] button, I even get the request in my exact same email’s inbox! But when I try to accept it, an error occ

Hi there, I have spent an enormous amount of time building the UI of a mobile APP with Figma Make.I have purchased the full seat plan with the only objective to be able to push the code to GitHub, but it's showing an error that just stays "can't create repository" The solution Figma Make is giving me is to manually copy , paste and recreate all the project structure manually locally, this is not acceptable. The project i have is working correctly, I converted it to react native environment but urgently need to push it to a repository to keep working on it locally from the code.Ticket created: 1681642Urgency: HIGHNote: The repo is created but it does not push anything to it.

Hello,I am submitting this ticket due to an urgent and serious billing issue involving an unauthorized high-value charge and an inaccessible account.Situation Overview The original account owner has left the company We do not have access to the account or the associated email Account credentials were not handed over, and internal recovery is not possible As a result, we are unable to log in and manage billing or cancel the subscription Unauthorized Charge DetailsA charge was processed yesterday (January 11) without authorization from our organization: Plan: Starter (Annual) Amount: $1,152 (KRW 1,720,750) Payment date: January 11 Card last 4 digits: 1911 Card expiration date: 12/28 This is a significant amount (over USD 1,000) and was charged without our consent, solely because we cannot access the account. Why This Is CriticalThis is not a standard cancellation request. It is a billing and compliance issue involving an unauthorized transaction caused by an inaccessible acco

Hi, I have already contacted SheerID support and they have been unable to help me get through the verification limit. I was given access to an alternate email ID but that lets me have only limited access to my school files. This is urgent, please!

There’s an issue where every time I open the app, it’ll add the login item. I see the following related issue, and I can follow those steps, but it still re-adds the login item every time I open the app. I feel like this is malecious. Please make it so that if I get rid of the login item, it does not re-add itself every time I open the app.

Hi, I used to hit control+right click on trackpad and it opened the right click menu/context menu. First it wasn’t working on Chrome, but now it’s also not working on Safari. Please help as this is an important feature. I’m not using the mouse, only trackpad. Please note I have checked preference settings and the CTRL+right click - not working for me at all. This wasn’t an issue a few month ago.

Hi Figma team 👋,I’m posting here because my K-12 Education verification is being blocked at the institution level, not the document level. When selecting my school during the SheerID verification process, I immediately receive this message:“This benefit is not available. The educational institution you selected is not eligible.”This message appears before any documents are reviewed, which suggests that my school is currently marked as not eligible in the SheerID / Figma eligibility database.School details Name: Keisung Primary School Location: Daegu, Republic of Korea Education level: K-12 (Elementary School) Official school domain: keisung.dge.es.kr I’ve attached a screenshot showing the exact eligibility message for reference. This is a legitimate K-12 school under the local education authority, but it seems the school itself is not yet included in the list of eligible institutions used by SheerID. Because of this, all verification attempts are automatically blocked or closed. At
