Unable to verify Education plan – university email blocks verification emails

Hello,

I am a student at Istanbul University.

My official school email address is:
[redacted]

Unfortunately, my university email server blocks Figma verification emails.
Because of this, I cannot complete email verification or log in using my school email,
and I cannot proceed with the Education plan application.

I am requesting manual verification for the Education plan.
I can provide proof of enrollment if required.

Hey ​@Baris Dogan - thank you for reaching out about this. First, I removed your school email and the photo of your ID from your post. This was to protect your personal information. If we require some information (like your email address to create a support ticket) in the future, we will reach out to you via private message.

Hey ​@Baris Dogan - I checked in with our education and support team, and we all recommend that you get in touch with your university’s IT department to receive further guidance. Since your email addresses are being blocked by your university specifically, there is no workaround that we can offer. Receiving the verification email is a required step, and we are not able to bypass this.
