Hello,

I was locked out of Figma on the 1st of February due to unpaid invoices, which resulted from delays in our internal finance approval process. I understand that Figma attempted to process the payment multiple times before ultimately restricting access to the project.

I would appreciate your support in allowing us to proceed with payment as soon as possible so access can be restored. The current restriction is impacting my team’s productivity and causing a significant loss of valuable work time.

Please let me know the next steps required to complete payment immediately.

I have raised this on my other Figma account, however this account has the issue persisting.
