Account creation: Do not receive verification email

I’m trying to create an account with another email address, but I don’t receive the verification email.

I need the exact (!) sender of the verification email, so IT can check if it gets blocked.

Figma verification and notification emails are typically sent from the following addresses:

  • no-reply@email.figma.com

  • support+notifications@figma.com

Please ask your IT team to make sure these addresses (and the @figma.com domain) are allowlisted and not blocked by any spam filters or security tools. Once that’s done, you can try resending the verification email.
