I accidentally renewed my subscription and would like to request a refund. I haven't used the paid features since the renewal

I understand you accidentally renewed your subscription and are requesting a refund.

 

For security and privacy reasons, we’re not able to handle refund requests directly here in the forum. That said, I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket(#1723293) on your behalf so our team can review this with you directly. A support specialist will follow up via the ticket email once they’re ready.

Just so you know, payments for Figma subscriptions are non-refundable, as outlined in our refund policy: Refund policy
 

In the meantime, I checked on our end and found that a seat change from Dev to Full occurred before the end of the previous billing term (before your Professional plan was downgraded to the free Starter plan).

Any seat changes that weren’t billed during the previous billing period are applied as prorated charges on the next invoice. This is expected behavior.
