Figma make file unable to open, it's not showing my designs even after refreshing the preview. I want to edit my designs either ill loss all my earlier designs as well. design gets publish when put the prompt but now showing in figma make file.

Hi, I’m unable to access my Figma Education Plan. I submitted my verification through SheerID, but it’s been delayed and I haven’t received any confirmation yet.I’ve also contacted SheerID support, but they said they’re experiencing high request volumes. Because of this, I can’t activate or use my education plan on Figma.

I have encountered an issue when using number list. While using numbered lists for document design, I can usually continue the list from the number I stopped at in another frame or using another text container, but this does not work for numbers greater than 99 or 100 and above. I can start a number list from 99 but can’t a list from 100 or aboveCan this bug be fixed

I’m working on a site and there’s a warning about an accessibility issue that we can’t solve. Other call outs lead to images without alt text or buttons set up incorrectly, but when we click on this one it highlights the entire Home page.Is this a bug? Or is there a way to add alt text to a complete screen? We didn’t see that option either. 

This window has popped up on all my projects, what should I do about it?

Hi all,I’m very new to Figma/Make and I’m stuck with a duplication issue.I have a fairly large prototype file. When I try to Duplicate it, Figma hangs for a while and then shows the message “Duplicate failed” and no copy appears.What I’m seeing: File feels slow/laggy while editing. File → Duplicate → long wait → “Duplicate failed” → no new file. What I’ve tried: Reloading Figma and my browser (Chrome on macOS). Waiting for “All changes saved” before duplicating. Trying to duplicate just a single page / copy–pasting frames into a new file. As a beginner, I’m not sure if this is a file size/complexity limit, a Make bug, or something I’m doing wrong.What’s the best way to get a backup copy of this file when normal duplication fails?Any advice in simple terms would really help

Hi Figma Team,Hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to share a small UI detail I noticed while using Figma. It’s not a major issue, but as a designer, alignment and spacing really matter, so I thought it would be good to check if this was intentional or something that needs fixing.1. Left Sidebar PaddingMost items in the left sidebar use around 12px padding, but the “Running out of plan” section seems to have about 23px padding. The plan details below it also use the same 23px spacing, which feels different from the rest of the menu.2. Community Page HeaderOn the Community page, the left padding near the back arrow and page title looks like 28px. But the search bar on the right has around 46px padding.Also, the tags below (like “Saved”, “Design Resources”) have around 45px left padding, which doesn’t align visually with the elements above.I have attached the image for your reference as well.Could you please let me know if these spacing differences are intentional? Olá!Estou com um problema. Sou devidamente matriculada no ensino superior, bacharelado em Sistemas de Informação, e tenho uma verificação de estudante feita com sucesso. Por meio dela, acessava as funcionalidades do Figma.Porém, estou recebendo a mensagem de que o meu status de educação foi expirado:  Quando eu tento atualizar a minha verificação de estudante, recebo uma mensagem de que o Limite de verificações foi excedido e que eu já resgatei essa oferta. Porém, o meu curso vai até 2027 (as declarações de matrícula são renovadas a cada semestre). Agora estou bloqueada e só tenho acesso às features básicas do Figma. Como posso fazer para recuperar meu acesso? Meu palpite é que o sistema tenha entendido que o meu curso foi finalizado e por isso não esteja deixando eu renovar minha verificação, mas isto não é verdade.

Exporting SVGs in P3 Colorspace injects an additional style attribute for color-profile metadata, causing the element to end up with two style attributes which leads to an error. This breaks the SVG and we can’t deliver our SVG illustrations to Development through Figma. To fix the illustration, development needs to manually delete the additional style, added by the Figma Exporter. That fixes the illustration, but requires a lot of manual labor.  

  The 8th item: Level Design. When I click on any of its cells, it crashes.When I press on certain CMS collection item, CMS panel disappears, UI becomes blank and error message tells “Something went worng in the left panel”. When pressing on other CMS collection items, everything’s ok.It happens both in desktop app (even reset it as troubleshooting suggests) and chrome browser (up-to-date, cash reset).It is strange, as this particular item has only a bit of the text.

😥 I have a problem: I can’t work well with my teammate cuz it's so laggy when we're working on the same project, but when someone closes the project, Figma just goes back to normal for the other one who's still in the project. Is there any method to solve this issue ?

Figma branching seems to be glitching / broken?The problem:Opening a branch from a file the original / main branch is then unresponsive Space bar / hand stope working - when you press space bar, it just opens the Branch Modal Can’t CUT or COPY If on the odd Occassion it does work, it takes forever to CUT Have tried Cut from the Menu’s and not just CMD X Solutions tried and that seem to not solve:Restarting mac  Have tried across files - same issue, so it’s not a corrupt file seemingly 

I’m trying to republish my website via Figma Make, but this errror message keeps showing up, anyone know the reason or could possibly resolve this bug ?

Whenever I try to log in to my Figma account from a different laptop, no email confirmation nor SMS arrives. It happened a few time, so I guess it‘s time to ask for support. Could there be any common issue why this might happen?

I lost two extremely important Files after my last request here which was about the edu-status being available for my Gmail (this is my business related account) instead my student account I requested the edu status to be removed from my Gmail and added to my educational Uni mail. The files are missing on my Gmail account. One was related to my book keeping as freelancer and the other was the design of my new website. I checked deleted but they’re not there. Also I would never ever delete these files myself.Looking forward to help here since I am quite lost doing business without these Files. Thank you. I also remember the filenames :)

I’ve submitted the sales contact form several times over the past three months, but I still haven’t received any reply from Figma. I’m looking to purchase three organization accounts, billed yearly by invoice, and would really appreciate an update.Is there someone from the team who can help or let me know the next steps?

We have a critical ask for Figma's technical support to identify and resolve why there is content loss happening in several files. As we're working on marketing assets, layout content appears to be disappearing as if they were scrubbed from the file entirely. Over the last two days, we've been able to revert to previous versions but as we create more content, our work simply vanishes.

I'm experiencing an issue with the Figma MCP server where annotations are not being recognized by Figma AI. I believe this is related to how annotations are handled within component instances and nested structures. Since our design system follows an atomic design approach and composes components using other components, annotations placed within inner components are not visible to the MCP server. The annotations appear to be hidden when they exist inside component instances, as Figma doesn't expose nested instance annotations unless working with the original master component directly.Please advise if there are plans to enhance the MCP server's ability to access nested component annotations, or if there are recommended ways to add annotations in atomic design systems to ensure they work well with the MCP server.

Liquid glass effects isn’t working as they should be. When on Present Mode, if you have liquid glass elements and if you have added smart animate transitions liquid glass element turns black for a couple second when you move to next frame and turns back on to normal appearance.Please devs, fix this problemThanks in advance!Here you can see how it looks.
