I've been receiving one-time charges and credits for several months now, and I don't understand how this bill is calculated. I currently have four monthly full seats and one full annual seat, so my monthly bill should be $80. Why is there an additional charge of $36.77?

Hey @Jaga Pokkuru — welcome to Figma Forum, and thanks for raising this question.

I can’t access or share account-specific details here for privacy and security reasons, but based on what you’ve described, it’s likely that additional paid seats were added mid-billing cycle. On the Professional plan, when new paid seats are added to a team, those seats can be billed on a separate monthly subscription — even if you already have annual seats. This allows teams to manage seats on different billing cadences, but it can result in one-time charges or credits appearing on the invoice.

For a more detailed explanation and guidance on how this works, this article should help clarify what you’re seeing: There are additional charges in my Figma bill → I am being charged monthly on an annual subscription.
