why do i have one-time charges and credits?

I noticed these extra charges today as well, and I just want to make sure I understand them correctly. The prorated charges are for the flexible monthly seats that were added in the middle of the last billing period, right?

So for example, if I added two seats last month in addition to my own seat:

• 3 full seats for the upcoming month × 20 = 60
• 2 seats added last month = 30 in prorated charges (15 per seat?)

My questions:

1. The prorated charges will not appear on the next bill, correct? (So the next bill should simply be 60 as expected.)
2. How exactly are these prorated charges calculated? Is it just a flat 15 per seat?
