Hi Figma team,
I have been having problems with the education plan, i applied in February for the plan and ran into some problems so I contacted the SheerID support team. They were able to verify that I am indeed eligible for the plan. My problem now is that my account still shows that I’m still on the free plan.
I have already submitted a support ticket and sent an email to the email provided by SheerID for the support team, I have yet to recieve an answer on either of these.
I was wondering if someone could help me here, i have verification info for SheerID if this would be needed.
