Education Plan Verification

Hi Figma team,

 

I have been having problems with the education plan, i applied in February for the plan and ran into some problems so I contacted the SheerID support team. They were able to verify that I am indeed eligible for the plan. My problem now is that my account still shows that I’m still on the free plan.

I have already submitted a support ticket and sent an email to the email provided by SheerID for the support team, I have yet to recieve an answer on either of these.

I was wondering if someone could help me here, i have verification info for SheerID if this would be needed.

I can see your ticket (#1776653) in our system, and I’m going to escalate it with the team to help get this prioritised for you.

In the meantime, there are a couple of common things that are worth double-checking, just in case:

  • Education access isn’t automatically applied to an existing team. After being verified, you may need to either create a new team under the Education plan or manually upgrade an existing team.   • Account mismatch: Sometimes the SheerID verification is completed under a different Figma account than the one you’re currently logged into. Could you please confirm you’re signed into the exact same account you used during the SheerID verification process?

If neither of those resolves it, I’d recommend to wait for the response from the education team.
