I’ve tried to verify my student status through SheerID, but it does not work properly. Every time I upload something, I get an error that says:
“The document is insufficient for establishing eligibility for this offer.”
I’ve submitted the two documents that they suggested, my transcript and a tuition reciept, with my full name, the school’s name, and the date (current academic year/the current date). My school ID does not contain an expiration date, so I couldn’t do that.
I’m not sure what’s wrong; I’ve emailed SheerID support, and they’ve been unhelpful with a copy-and-paste message that says they can’t help me.

Because our system could not validate the information provided—and due to the nature of our verification platform—we are not able to offer further details or manual assistance for this specific request.
